Influencer Marketing Manager — Zhoosh Middle East

Zhoosh Middle East is growing, and we’re looking for an organized, ambitious, and commercially minded Influencer Marketing Manager to grow with us.
This is an all-rounder role spanning influencer campaigns, client relationships, team management, business development, and sponsorship partnerships. You’ll bring structure to delivery, take responsibility for results, and actively help the business grow.
What you’ll do
• Own campaigns from start to finish: Manage briefs, creator selection, negotiations, timelines, execution, reporting, and campaign closure.
• Take responsibility for influencer quality: Research, shortlist, and screen profiles for brand fit, content quality, audience relevance, engagement authenticity, past performance, and reliability. You’ll be accountable for the quality and suitability of the profiles recommended to clients.
• Manage budgets and protect margins: Build campaign budgets,
negotiate creator and supplier fees, track spending, and manage scope to maintain profitability.
• Manage client relationships: Understand client objectives, communicate proactively, and manage expectations while looking after the company’s commercial interests.
• Lead and mentor the team: Set priorities, delegate clearly, review work, and build a team that delivers with quality and accountability.
• Deliver without constant follow-ups: Meet deadlines, maintain clear trackers, flag risks early, and bring solutions.
• Actively develop recent business: Identify prospective clients, reach out to marketing managers and brand decision-makers, follow up consistently, and help convert conversations into business.
• Support sponsorship sales and partnerships: Help grow our expanding business unit by identifying suitable sponsors, developing tailored proposals, pitching opportunities, following up, and supporting negotiations and
