About the Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist – D2C & Online Channels to take ownership of our digital commerce presence and help drive the next phase of online growth.

The role will primarily focus on strengthening and growing our D2C business through Shopify, while also managing and expanding our presence across e-commerce marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms and other relevant online sales channels.

This is not just a listing or catalogue-management role. We are looking for someone who understands how products get discovered, convert and grow online and can proactively identify opportunities to improve sales and performance.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and continuously improve our Shopify D2C website, including products, collections, merchandising, offers, bundles and overall customer journey.




* Identify opportunities to grow D2C traffic, conversion, average order value, repeat purchases and organic sales.
* Manage, optimise and expand product presence across relevant e-commerce and marketplace channels.
* Activate or reactivate listings and identify current online channel opportunities for the brands.
* Manage product catalogues, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, pricing, offers and other product-page elements.
* Improve product discoverability, search visibility and conversion across online channels.
* Support and coordinate product listings, availability, promotions and brand presence across quick-commerce platforms.
* Monitor sales, inventory, pricing, ratings, reviews, returns and overall channel performance.
* Coordinate with external agencies and platform partners, review their recommendations and ensure opportunities are being properly utilised.
