Human Resource Manager Female

We are seeking a dynamic HR professional with 5‑10 years of experience to lead our multi‑cultural workforce, ensure statutory compliance, and resolve employee grievances. The role will partner with senior leadership to drive talent acquisition, payroll excellence, and employee engagement across a rapid‑growing startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and talent‑acquisition strategy for diverse roles.
• Manage payroll processing, attendance, and tax compliance for all locations, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
• Resolve employee grievances, conduct counseling, and foster a positive employee‑relations climate.
• Develop, implement, and regularly review HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance programs.
• Act as a cultural ambassador, organizing agency‑wide events and diversity initiatives.
• Partner with finance and operations to align HR initiatives with business objectives and budget.
• Maintain confidential employee records, HRIS data, and historical filing systems.




• Provide guidance on employment law matters, redundancies, and work‑permit/visa processes (B1, H1, L1, etc.).
• Lead performance‑management cycles, deliver constructive feedback, and support employee development.

Required Experience & Skills

• 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist or HR Manager with MSW background only.

• Proven track record in employee‑grievance handling and conflict resolution.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, payroll legislation, and employment‑law regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑cultural teams and promote an inclusive workplace.
• Hands‑on expertise with HRMS/HRIS platforms and advanced MS Office skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Experience coordinating work‑permit and visa processes for international talent.
