MEP BIM Modellers & MEP Design Engineers
• HVAC BIM Modellers
• Electrical BIM Modellers
• Plumbing / PHE BIM Modellers

Mandatory Software Knowledge• Revit MEP
• AutoCAD
• Navisworks
• Other relevant BIM and engineering design tools, as applicable to the role
Required Skills & Qualifications• 2–15 years of relevant MEP design or BIM modelling experience.
• Robust discipline-specific knowledge of MEP building services.
• Hands-on experience in design, modelling, layouts, and detailed drawings, as applicable to the position.
• Ability to interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of BIM coordination, clash detection, and project documentation is preferred for modelling roles.
• Familiarity with BS and international standards is an advantage.
• Gulf/UAE project experience will be an added advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering disciplines preferred.
