The Role
We are looking for a Sales Lead to own and grow our B2B business: bulk corporate gifting and TOFAA OS, our annual gifting-management programme for companies. You will build and lead a team of Account Managers, personally drive key enterprise relationships, and turn one-time clients into long-term annual partners.

What you will do
* Lead and grow the B2B sales engine: pipeline, forecasting and weekly reviews
* Hire, coach and lead Account Managers across Pune and Mumbai




* Personally own and grow strategic enterprise accounts
* Convert repeat clients into annual gifting contracts
* Make sure every deal is priced well and collected on time
* Work closely with Marketing, Creative and Operations to deliver an excellent client experience

What we are looking for
* 8–12 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years leading a sales team
* Experience selling to HR, Admin and Procurement teams in corporate gifting, merchandise, events or B2B services
* A solid corporate network in Pune and Mumbai
* Commercial sharpness: costing, margins and negotiation
* Comfortable using a CRM to run the business

Good to have
* Experience selling annual contracts or subscriptions
* Clients in real estate, BFSI, IT or pharma
