Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities with architects, interior designers, and private clients, as well as nurturing existing relationships to drive sustained sales growth.



Daily tasks include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing. The Business Development Manager collaborates closely with design and production teams to align client requirements with feasible product solutions, monitors market trends and competitor activity, and contributes to pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. The role also involves attending industry events, maintaining accurate sales reporting, and supporting brand visibility through targeted outreach and networking.

Qualifications
• Proven business development and B2B sales skills, with experience managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities, ideally with architects, interior designers, or luxury/home décor customers.
