**Work Schedule** Second Shift (Afternoons) **Environmental Conditions** Office **Job Description** **About the Role** Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an **Associate Financial Systems Analyst** to join our **Global Financial Systems** team. In this role, you will support the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our **Oracle Cloud ERP** and other financial applications. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop technical and functional expertise while working closely with finance, IT, and global business stakeholders to enhance financial processes and system capabilities. **Key Responsibilities** · Provide **day-to-day systems support** and assist end-users with troubleshooting issues related to Oracle Cloud ERP and other financial applications. · Support the **administration and maintenance** of financial systems to ensure operational stability and data integrity. · Collaborate with business and IT teams to document requirements, assist in system configurations, and support testing activities. · Participate in the **implementation, enhancement, and integration** of Oracle ERP modules, primarily focusing on **Procure-to-Pay (P2P)** modules such as Accounts Payables, Payments, Cash Management, Procurement, while maintaining exposure to **General Ledger, Intercompany,** **Accounts Receivable (AR), and Tax Management (ETax) and related applications** . · Develop and maintain **SQL queries and reports** to meet business reporting needs. · Support **system upgrades, data migrations, and audit/compliance activities** . · Assist in the **development of process documentation, training materials, and user guides** . · Work with senior analysts to identify opportunities for **process optimization and automation** within financial systems. **Education and Qualification** · Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems** , or **Business Administration** . · Master's degree preferred but not required.



**Experience Requirement** · **3-5 years** of experience supporting or implementing **Oracle Cloud ERP** or on-premise financial systems. · Hands-on experience in **P2P** modules ( **Accounts Payables, Payments, Cash Management, and Procurement** ) with exposure to other financial modules such as **GL, AR, and AGIS** . · Familiarity with **financial processes** , system integrations, and data flow across modules. · Basic proficiency in **SQL** and understanding of relational database concepts. · Exposure to **Oracle Financials** , **Vertex** , or reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher) is an advantage. · Experience working in a **global enterprise environment** is desirable. **Key Skills and Competencies** · Solid **analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting** abilities. · Excellent **written and verbal communication** skills. · Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support global users. · High attention to detail and strong **organizational skills** . · Proactive learner with a passion for technology and finance process improvement. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). · Commitment to maintaining **data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality** . **Why Join Us** At Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll be part of a global team dedicated to innovation and excellence.
