The candidate should have led end-to-end software development projects and possess hands-on experience in modern AI frameworks, cloud platforms, and full-stack development. Key Responsibilities + Architect and develop enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions. + Design and implement **RAG-based** applications and multi-agent workflows. + Build AI solutions using **LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, and Azure AI services** . + Define scalable, secure, and production-ready AI architectures. + Lead software projects from requirements through deployment and support. + Mentor development teams and drive AI best practices. Required Skills + **10+ years** of software development experience. + Strong expertise in: + LangGraph + LangChain + RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) + MCP (Model Context Protocol) + Azure AI / Azure OpenAI + Python + Experience with multi-agent systems and AI orchestration. + Hands-on experience with at least one **full-stack technology stack** (React/Angular/Vue with Python/.NET/Node.js). + Experience with REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures. + Proven ability to lead end-to-end software delivery and architecture initiatives.
