Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurgaon. The Sales Executive will focus on generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting Bajaj Finserv’s financial products and services across lending, insurance, and wealth advisory. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, conducting sales meetings and product presentations, explaining product features and advantages,



and closing sales in line with set targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding and servicing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance guidelines. The Sales Executive is expected to actively gather market feedback, contribute to local sales strategies, and deliver a high standard of customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing techniques.
• Customer relationship management abilities, with a focus on consultative selling and high-quality service delivery.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to present complex financial products clearly and build trust with diverse customers.
• Basic financial acumen and understanding of lending, insurance, or investment products, or willingness to learn quickly.
