? Key Responsibilities• Talent Sourcing & Screening: Assist in posting job requisitions, reviewing resumes, and shortlisting candidates across various teams.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interview rounds, communicate with prospective candidates, and manage timelines.
• Onboarding Execution: Assist in documentation, initial setup, and delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new team members.
• ATS & HRMS Management:



Maintain candidate databases and keep recruitment systems updated accurately.
• HR Operations Support: Support day-to-day administrative functions, attendance management, and operational workflows.

? What We Are Looking For• Final-year students or recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with Google Workspace.
• A quick learner with high task ownership, execution discipline, and attention to detail.
• Personal laptop and stable internet connection.
