We are expanding our team and looking for motivated, enthusiastic, and result-oriented US IT Recruiters to join us

? Location: Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
? Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite
? Experience: 1+ Years in US IT Recruitment
? Open Positions: 10+

? Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
• Review resumes and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for US IT requirements.

? Requirements
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in US IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US IT technologies, job requirements,



and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
• Must be comfortable working 5 days onsite from our Gota, Ahmedabad office.

⚠️ Note: This role is strictly for US IT Recruitment. Bench Sales experience alone will not be considered.
