Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhilai. This role involves managing and growing the agency’s and clients’ social media presence across platforms, including planning and executing social media calendars and Copywriting. Responsibilities include developing and implementing content strategies, writing and optimizing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to audience interactions. The Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics, adjust campaigns based on insights,



and collaborate with the creative and account teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals. The role also includes staying updated on trends, platform features, and best practices to drive brand visibility and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across platforms.
