Role Description We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to spearhead our sales and growth initiatives. In this role, you will manage both B2C and B2B lead generation, handle prospective clients, build long-term relationships, and effectively communicate the value of Gyansify’s courses and platform to drive conversions and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sourcing: Drive B2C and B2B lead generation through strategic outreach, cold calling, networking, and digital channels to build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Pitching & Counseling: Present and explain Gyansify’s courses, platform features,



and career benefits to prospective students and institutional clients.
• Client Handling & Relationship Building: Manage end-to-end client communications, address queries effectively, and build strong, trust-based relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Sales Conversion: Meet and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting inbound and outbound leads into enrolled students.
• Client Retention: Engage with existing clients and learners to ensure course completion, secure referrals, and foster long-term retention.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and take up leadership responsibilities to mentor junior team members or manage small sales sub-teams when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
