Role Description The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar, responsible for leading the overall HR strategy and operations at World Skill Center. The CHRO will design and implement HR policies and frameworks, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and promote an inclusive and high-performance culture. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition and retention, managing performance review processes, and guiding leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.



The role also involves nurturing positive employee relations, implementing learning and development initiatives, and partnering with senior management to support institutional goals and employee well-being.
