Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Qualified with 10+ years of overall experience to lead, implement, support, and optimize financial processes and modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

Job Description

Lead the functional management of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expenses, and related Treasury/Banking integrations.

Gather and analyze business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into functional specifications and Oracle Fusion solutions.

Design and document functional solutions, extensions, integrations, and reporting requirements where standard Oracle Fusion functionality does not fully meet business needs.

Collaborate closely with technical, integration, reporting, and business teams to communicate requirements and validate delivered solutions.

Provide functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Finance configuration, integrations, extensions, workflows, and reporting to improve financial processes.





Support enterprise structures, ledgers, legal entities, business units, accounting configurations, approval workflows, and financial controls.

Work with Oracle Fusion reporting capabilities such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting based on project requirements.

Ensure adherence to financial controls, compliance requirements, audit readiness, and organizational governance within Oracle Fusion environments.

Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration documents, process flows, training materials, test scripts, and knowledge-base content for business users and support teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation and application lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
