Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager (B2B) to drive business development and revenue growth across our warehouse automation portfolio. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing key accounts, developing strategic client relationships, and closing sales for industrial automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical sales expertise, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to understand customer requirements and deliver suitable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive customer acquisition, lead generation,



and business development across PAN India.
* Identify current business opportunities in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and material handling sectors.
* Manage client relationships, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate commercial terms.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate warehouse automation solutions.
* Prepare technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
* Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, manage key accounts, and achieve revenue targets.
* Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure suitable solutions for customer requirements.
* Travel across PAN India for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
