*About Role:*
We are looking for a passionate Recruitment Specialist to own our hiring funnel. You will source, screen, and hire candidates for AI Engineer, SEO Executive, Marketing, Sales, and Operations roles.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, and other portals
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic / video initial interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate database / ATS
- Drive end-to-end recruitment process and achieve monthly hiring targets
- Build talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Assist in employer branding initiatives
*Required Qualifications & Skills:*
- Excellent communication skills (English / Hindi / Punjabi)
- Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
- Good negotiation and coordination skills
*Good to Have:*
- Prior experience in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / Boolean Search
- Startup recruitment experience is a plus
