Hindalco is proposing to set up a new extrusion facility to manufacture specialized Aluminium extrusion product for electronics, automotive, industrial machinery etc. The total envisaged capacity is 7.5 KT. The project is proposed to be co-located at existing Extrusion Facility at Kuppam, Chittor district of Andhra Pradesh. The Kuppam facility is being developed as a hub for specialized aluminium alloy extrusions to cater to key market segments such as electronics, automotive, industrial machinery, and consumer durables The project will require key equipment like Induction Melting Furnace, Electric Holding Furnace, Electric Homogenising Furnaces, DC Casting, 9” Extrusion Press, Ageing Ovens, Fabrication and Cutting Machines, Electrolytic Degreasi
