We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) / First Line Manager (FLM) to join our growing Dental Division.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives (MRs).
• Drive prescription generation through doctor calling and field sales.
• Achieve sales targets and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage stockists, distributors and secondary sales.
• Expand market coverage and build robust relationships with healthcare professionals.

Eligibility:
• 3–7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Medical Device or Dental Sales.
• Experience in doctor calling,



ethical pharma sales and prescription generation.
• Team-handling experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Delhi NCR market.
• Dental industry experience is an advantage, not mandatory.
