About Trublz
We're building a candy brand for young India - indulgence-first, loud, cheeky, and made for the kids and teens of today who are done with anything boring. The brand is being built as part of The Foundery, a venture-builder program by Kishore Biyani, Nikhil Kamath, and Ronnie Screwvala.

The Role
We’re hiring a Content Lead to own Trublz’s voice online - and be one of the faces of it.
This isn’t a social media manager role. It’s a creator-first seat. You’ll ideate, script, shoot, be on camera, and ship - Reels, Shorts, long-form.

What you’ll own
• Trublz in-house content & media across channels (Instagram / YouTube / others)
• Content ideation - hooks, formats, series, characters, campaigns
• On-camera presence - being one of the faces of TRUBLZ in reels, series, launches
• Scripting + shoot direction + basic editing
• Trend radar - what’s working today, what’s dying, what we should ride, what we should ignore

You’re a robust fit if you have
• 2-4 years of content craft at a consumer brand, creator studio, or as a solo creator with a real following
• Comfort on camera,



not necessarily polished, but real
• A point of view and a sense of humor that people respond to
• Natural instinct to write well
• Fluency in video creation

You’re probably not a fit if
• You’re a social media manager who’s run brand pages but doesn’t create original content
• You need a brand team to tell you what to post
• You’re camera-shy or treat on-camera work as “beneath” strategy work
