Role Description The Accountant role at Raipur Steel Mart is a full time, on-site position based in Raipur.



The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank and supplier accounts, and preparing basic financial statements and reports. Responsibilities include handling purchase and sales entries, GST and other tax-related documentation, invoicing, supporting inventory valuation, and monitoring accounts payable and receivable. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate billing, timely payments, compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and organized documentation for audits. The Accountant will contribute to cash flow tracking, cost analysis for orders, and assisting management with financial data needed for decision-making.
