Zavya is a fast-growing D2C 925 sterling silver jewellery brand. We sell on our own website and app, on marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart), and on quick commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).
About the role

You will own every rupee Zavya pays out. Every vendor invoice, including logistics, marketplaces, quick commerce, marketing agencies, and suppliers, passes through you before payment. Your job is to make sure we pay exactly what we owe, no more and no later.

What you'll do
• Match invoices against POs, GRNs, contracts, and rate cards before approving payment.
• Reconcile courier and 3PL invoices line by line, checking weight slabs, zones, RTO and COD charges, and duplicate billing.
• Audit marketplace and quick-commerce settlements for commissions, fees, penalties, and debit notes against the agreed terms.
• Raise, track, and close disputes with vendors, and keep a monthly recovery log.




• Run the payment calendar so that every vendor is paid on agreed terms and there are no late fees or supply disruptions.
• Verify GST on invoices, including GSTIN, rates, and GSTR-2B matching, so that no input tax credit is lost to vendor errors.
• Maintain a rate-card master for all vendors and flag any billing that drifts from it.

What we're looking for
• 2–5 years in accounts payable, vendor reconciliation, or invoice audit, preferably at an e-commerce, D2C, or logistics company.
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, Power Query).
• Working knowledge of GST and ITC reconciliation.
• You genuinely enjoy finding the one wrong line in a 10,000-row file.
• You're firm with vendors about discrepancies while still keeping positive relationships.
• B.Com, M.Com, or a semi-qualified CA/CMA.
