Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Thoothukudi, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. In this role, the individual will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote NAMIC’s industrial solutions and products to key decision-makers. Day-to-day activities include visiting clients, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations,



and negotiating commercial terms. The Area Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence, coordinate with internal technical and service teams, and ensure timely after-sales support and customer satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and forecast to management is an integral part of the role.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, territory management, and customer relationship building.
• Experience in industrial products or solutions sales, with the ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into value-based proposals.
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to interact with clients at multiple levels.
