Role Description The Senior Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role is responsible for driving sales growth across assigned territories by developing and executing area-level sales strategies for multiple insurance products.



Day-to-day activities include identifying and onboarding channel partners and POSP agents, managing and motivating local sales teams, and building robust relationships with customers and insurance partners. The Senior Area Sales Manager will track sales performance, analyze market trends, prepare regular reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves conducting field visits, organizing local marketing initiatives, and coordinating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver a consistent, customer-centric experience.
Qualifications

• Strong sales, business development, and territory management skills, with proven experience meeting or exceeding targets in insurance or financial services.
