Designer Mindz is looking for an experienced freelance sales qualified who can help us acquire new clients and close projects for our website development services.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who understands B2B sales, can independently approach business owners and decision-makers, and knows how to convert prospects into paying clients.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and approach potential business clients.
• Generate your own prospects through outreach and networking.
• Manage client communication, follow-ups, and sales discussions.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable website solutions.
• Negotiate project terms and close deals.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to successful payment.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Experience selling website development, web design, IT, or digital services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process.
• A track record of personally converting prospects into paying customers.
COMPENSATION AND WORKING ARRANGEMENT
• Commission: 15–20% on successfully closed and paid projects.
• Work arrangement: Freelance and remote.
• Working hours: Flexible.
• No fixed salary or monthly retainer.
• Potential for a long-term partnership based on performance.
SERVICES YOU’LL SELL
Business websites, Shopify stores, e-commerce websites, and custom web development solutions.
