We are looking for a results-driven performance marketer who can generate qualified B2B leads and help scale our HRMS business.
⚠️ Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have previous experience working with an HRMS / HRTech company in marketing, performance marketing or lead generation.
Key Responsibilities• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn Ads.
• Generate qualified B2B leads for Zfour HRMS.
• Target HR Managers, CHROs, business owners, founders and decision-makers.
• Optimise campaigns for lead quality, conversion rates and cost per lead (CPL).
• Manage retargeting, landing pages,
conversion tracking and campaign reporting.
• Drive measurable results through data-driven marketing strategies.
Requirements• 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
• Previous experience with an HRMS / HRTech company is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B lead generation is highly preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate previous campaign results, lead quality and cost per lead.
