About the Role
We are looking for a Client Relations & Operations Executive to manage client communications, coordinate business operations, support routine accounting activities, and ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time.
This is a remote, full-time position based in India, working with clients, authorities, and service providers connected to our UAE operations. The successful candidate should be organized, proactive, confident in skilled communication, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relations




• Manage client communications through email, telephone, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
• Provide timely updates on applications, renewals, service requests, and pending matters.
• Understand client requirements, respond to queries, and coordinate suitable solutions.
• Maintain professional client relationships and identify additional service requirements.

Operations & Coordination
• Monitor client assignments, applications, renewals, approvals, and deadlines.
• Coordinate with UAE free zones, government authorities, banks, and external service providers.
• Follow up on pending applications and missing documents until completion.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to management.

Accounts & Finance Support
• Prepare invoices, quotations, statements of account, and payment reminders.
• Maintain customer and supplier records and track receivables and payables.
