Role Description The Junior BIM Modeler is a full-time, in office role based in Pune City.



This role involves creating, updating, and maintaining BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP systems based on project requirements and standards. The Junior BIM Modeler will interpret construction drawings, coordinate with project engineers and architects, and ensure that models reflect accurate dimensions, materials, and specifications. Daily tasks include checking models for clashes and inconsistencies, organizing project documentation, and supporting senior modelers in delivering coordinated BIM outputs. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, following quality and compliance guidelines, and contributing to continuous improvement in modeling workflows.
