Role Description The Membership Sales Manager is a full time, hybrid role based in Lucknow, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for driving membership growth by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach, and presenting membership benefits to prospective members through calls, meetings, and events.



The Membership Sales Manager manages the end-to-end sales cycle, including follow-ups, closing memberships, and onboarding new members into the community. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining a robust sales pipeline, building strong relationships with members, providing responsive customer service, and collaborating with the team to design membership campaigns and promotional activities. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and contributing insights to improve membership offerings and member engagement.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Membership Sales and Sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to provide a positive, solution-focused experience to members and prospects.
