Role Description The Senior Admissions Counselor will work full time on-site in Gurugram, supporting prospective learners through the complete admissions lifecycle. Responsibilities include counseling candidates on suitable programs, explaining course structures and eligibility, and guiding them through application, documentation, and enrollment processes. The role involves responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, conducting follow-ups with leads, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or admissions systems. The Senior Admissions Counselor will collaborate with academic and operations teams, contribute to outreach and conversion activities, and ensure a professional, transparent, and learner-focused experience at every stage.

• Candidates should possess Education-related knowledge or experience to understand academic programs, admission criteria, and learning outcomes.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, education, counseling, or a related field.
• Experience in admissions, counseling, or educational services, preferably in higher education or qualified programs.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM or admissions management tools, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a learner-centric and ethical approach.
