Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telecalling role based in Dwarka.



The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and corporate clients, introducing FWSTC’s training programs, and explaining course features, schedules, and fees. The role includes responding to incoming inquiries, maintaining call logs and lead records, and following up regularly to convert leads into enrollments or corporate training engagements. The Telecaller will coordinate with the admissions and training teams to schedule counseling sessions, share program information, and support smooth onboarding of participants. Daily responsibilities also involve meeting call and conversion targets, updating CRM or lead management tools, and providing feedback on common questions or market trends to improve communication and outreach strategies.
