Job Description

• Receiving the transport plan for import-export cargo
• Preparing the transport plan
• Deploying and implementing the transport plan
• Monitoring and handling incidents
• Summarizing the implementation of transport task plans
• Entering data into the system (ONP)
• Reporting container number, seal, tare, and max gross weight to clients
• Directly managing Drivers and Co-drivers
• Regularly updating new circulars and legal regulations to promptly disseminate to Drivers
• Monitoring and handling daily cargo import-export volume
• Managing the quality of transport services
• Building transport plans and tasks for the department in each specific period
• Carrying out work reporting to the Transport Department Manager
• Performing other tasks as required by the Head of the Transport Operations Division.

Candidate requirements

• College degree or higher
• Major in Transportation
• Proficient in office computing (Word, Excel) and able to use management software
• English Certificate Level A
• Strong communication skills
• Effective conflict resolution skills




• Strong persuasion skills
• Ability to prepare plans
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Honest, with a high sense of responsibility
• Keen, energetic, creative, and confident.
