Meevin Agromach is expanding its manufacturing capabilities and strengthening its production team. We are looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor who can drive shop-floor execution, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and discipline.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure adherence to production plans and schedules
• Monitor output, productivity, rejection rates, and machine utilisation
• Allocate manpower and ensure effective utilisation of machines and resources
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Planning teams to resolve production bottlenecks
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, safety practices, and 5S principles




• Maintain production records, shift reports, downtime reports, and rejection data
• Identify opportunities for improving productivity, reducing wastage, and minimising downtime
• Lead and motivate shop-floor operators to achieve daily and monthly targets

Requirements
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering; ITI candidates with relevant experience may also be considered
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in a press shop, metalworking, automotive components, or agricultural machinery components
• Experience in shop-floor supervision, production planning, manpower management, and quality control is preferred
