Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring smooth, effective functioning. This role includes managing store staff,



scheduling, and performance, while driving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Store Manager monitors inventory levels, coordinates merchandising and visual display execution, and ensures adherence to company policies, brand guidelines, and operational processes. The role also involves analyzing store performance metrics, implementing local marketing or promotional activities, and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and audit requirements. The Store Manager collaborates closely with regional leadership to share insights, support business growth, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
