Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jodhpur. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting planning and execution of projects,



and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. The Assistant Manager will monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvements aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities also include managing stakeholder communication, supporting team members, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety guidelines. The role requires proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and a solid focus on efficiency and collaboration.
