Event Sales Manager – Social Events | Veloria Grand | Bengaluru

Families don’t book a hall. They book a memory. You sell the memory.

Every day, families across Bengaluru send enquiries to us for birthdays, naming ceremonies, engagements, anniversaries, baby showers, housewarmings, religious functions and family get-togethers. They come in through Google, Meta, WhatsApp and walk-ins. We need a closer who turns those enquiries into site visits, site visits into bookings, and hall-only bookings into complete celebrations.

Veloria Grand runs 30+ banquet and event venues across the city: Whitefield, Marathahalli, HSR Layout, Koramangala, Indiranagar, Hebbal, Yelahanka, Electronic City, JP Nagar, Jayanagar and more. We deliver everything end to end: venue, food, décor, entertainment and execution. Veloria Grand is part of PropertyPlush Group.

What you’ll sell
• Children’s milestones: birthdays, naming ceremonies, cradle ceremonies and first-year celebrations
• Couples: engagements, anniversaries and baby showers
• Family occasions: housewarmings, family reunions,



religious and cultural functions
• Social parties: retirement parties, get-togethers and private celebrations
• Range: intimate gatherings of 50 guests up to large functions of 500+

What you’ll own
• A revenue number. You own a monthly social-events bookings target across the venue network, and you’re measured on revenue collected.
• Speed. Every enquiry gets a response within minutes. Families book whoever calls first and gives them confidence.
• Lead to site visit. You qualify every enquiry by date, guest count, area and budget, and you get reliable families to a venue fast.
• Site visit to booking. You run site visits that close. You walk the family through their event, build the package, handle the “let me discuss at home” objection, and collect the advance.
• Package value. You convert hall-only enquiries into full celebrations covering food, theme décor, cake, photography, entertainment
