Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka, responsible for driving growth and expanding the company’s customer base. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and presenting logistics and freight forwarding solutions aligned with customer needs. The role involves preparing proposals and quotations,



negotiating contracts and pricing, and collaborating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The Business Development Manager will monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and support revenue targets. Regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic initiatives is also required.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Strong relationship-building, client management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Solid understanding of logistics processes, international trade concepts, customs clearance, and warehousing services.
