Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective business clients for Datamines Tech’s software and recruiting services. In this position, you will research target markets, build and maintain lead lists, and use digital tools, email, and phone outreach to connect with decision-makers. You will nurture relationships, schedule discovery calls or demos for the sales team, and track all activities in CRM and other lead management platforms.



You will collaborate with sales and marketing to refine lead criteria, optimize outreach campaigns, and report on pipeline metrics and lead quality.
Qualifications
• Ability to identify and source New Leads and demonstrate strong Lead Generation skills.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal outreach to prospective clients.
• Background in Sales or business development, with comfort in prospecting and handling initial objections.
• Strong Research skills for understanding target industries, company profiles, and buyer personas.
• Experience using CRM or lead management tools and common online prospecting platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet lead and activity targets.
• Solid analytical skills to assess lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion metrics.
• Relevant experience in B2B technology or recruiting services
