LIVXS is a Gurgaon-based event management and creative company established in 2004. We work across weddings, corporate events, films, brand promotions, studio productions, and other creative projects, delivering professional services and memorable experiences for diverse clients and brands.
2. Role Overview
The Business Development Executive/Manager will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new clients, building business relationships, and driving revenue for their assigned vertical.
The role involves cold calling, email and WhatsApp outreach, client meetings, proposal presentations, follow-ups, and CRM management.



The candidate will work closely with the Client Servicing Team and relevant internal teams to convert business opportunities into confirmed projects.
3. Key Responsibilities A. Lead Generation and Client Outreach
• Research and identify potential clients, companies, brands, agencies, and business partners relevant to the assigned vertical.
• Generate new leads through online research, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry directories.
• Conduct regular cold calls, cold emails, WhatsApp outreach, and follow-ups.
• Introduce LIVXS services, understand client requirements, and schedule meetings with prospective clients.

B. Client Meetings and Proposal Coordination
• Attend online and offline client meetings to understand requirements, budgets, and project expectations.
• Explain LIVXS services and present relevant proposals, concepts, and quotations.
