> Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to support our procurement and supply chain activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, tracking deliveries, maintaining purchase-related records, and ensuring smooth coordination between vendors, stores, logistics, and internal departments.

>Key Responsibilities

* Assist in sourcing materials and obtaining quotations from vendors.
* Prepare and compare quotations based on price, quality, delivery time, and other commercial terms.
* Coordinate with vendors for material availability, pricing, order confirmation, and timely delivery.
* Assist in the preparation and processing of Purchase Orders (POs).
* Follow up with suppliers for order status and delivery schedules.




* Coordinate with the logistics team and transporters for timely movement and delivery of materials.
* Maintain procurement records, vendor details, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery information.
* Support vendor development and maintain valuable relationships with existing and new suppliers.
* Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, Stores, Accounts, and Projects to understand material requirements.
* Track pending orders and ensure timely closure of procurement activities.
* Assist in resolving issues related to material shortages, delivery delays, quantity, or quality.
* Maintain proper documentation and update procurement-related reports and MIS.

* Any Bachelor's Degree.
* 0–1 year of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Vendor Management.
* Freshers with good communication and coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
