Role Description The BDM – Techno Commercial Cosmetic Ingredients (South Region)



is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and managing business opportunities across the southern region for cosmetic and personal care ingredients. This role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, nurturing existing accounts, and driving sales growth through solution-focused, technical discussions with formulators, R&D; teams, and purchasing departments. The person will conduct regular market research, analyze trends, and provide feedback on customer needs to refine product offerings and positioning. Day-to-day activities include preparing and delivering technical presentations, coordinating product samples and trials, managing pricing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports. Collaboration with internal technical, supply chain, and marketing teams is required to ensure timely support, customer satisfaction, and achievement of regional sales targets.
