Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bihar, India,



responsible for driving sales growth and market expansion for Sleepwell products within the assigned territory. This role involves managing and supporting dealers and distributors, developing and executing territory sales plans, and ensuring achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. The person will regularly visit outlets and channel partners, monitor inventory and display standards, and gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer trends. They will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to implement promotions, track performance, and improve customer experience. The role also includes preparing sales reports, forecasting demand, training channel partners’ teams on product knowledge, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
