Role Description The Front Desk Representative is a full-time, on-site position based at the Clay by Lingaraj showroom in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering inquiries, and guiding customers to the appropriate team members or showroom sections. Daily tasks include managing phone calls, handling basic reservations or appointments, maintaining visitor records,



and supporting front office operations such as keeping the reception area organized and presentable. The Front Desk Representative will provide courteous customer service, share accurate information about products and services, and coordinate with sales and design teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role also involves assisting with administrative tasks, basic documentation, and following standard procedures for opening and closing the front desk.
