Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase awareness of Thryva Life’s recovery programs and services. This role involves planning and managing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, coordinating content creation, and overseeing brand messaging to ensure consistency and impact. The Marketing Manager will track and analyze marketing performance, create reports,



and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal teams and external partners, managing budgets and timelines, organizing events or outreach activities, and identifying new opportunities to reach clients, caregivers, and healthcare partners.
Qualifications

• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, including campaign planning and brand positioning.
• Experience with digital marketing tools and channels such as social media, email marketing, and websites.
• Skill in content creation and communication, including writing, editing, and adapting messages for different audiences.
• Strength in data analysis and reporting to measure campaign performance and inform decision-making.
• Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
