Role Description The Back Office Executive will handle daily administrative and operational support activities to ensure smooth office and business processes. Responsibilities include managing documentation, maintaining records and databases, processing invoices and basic financial entries, and supporting coordination between sales, service, and other internal teams.



The role involves preparing reports, handling customer and partner data, and assisting with follow-up communications and internal scheduling. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring consistent attendance and collaboration with the local team.
Qualifications
• Strong Back Office Operations and Office Operations skills, including documentation, record-keeping, and data management.
• Effective Communication abilities for coordinating with internal teams and supporting customer-related processes.
• Basic understanding of Sales processes to assist with order handling, lead follow-up, and sales documentation.
• Foundational Finance skills, such as handling invoices, reconciliations, and straightforward reporting.
