Role Description The Agency Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding,



and mentoring agency partners and advisors to drive sales of ABHICL’s health insurance products. Daily tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing regular coaching and guidance to the agency team. The role involves developing and executing local sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. The Agency Manager will collaborate with regional leadership to identify market opportunities, conduct training sessions, and support business growth through effective agency network management.
