About the Role
AwadhPay is looking for an experienced fintech professional with a strong network in the payment gateway and digital payments industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with payment gateways, banks, Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), Technology Service Providers (TSPs), and other authorized payment partners.

The primary objective is to build strong industry connections, secure new partnerships, and drive sustainable business growth for AwadhPay.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish direct relationships with payment gateway companies, banks, PSPs, ISOs, and TSPs.
- Identify and negotiate new payment processing and payout partnerships.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers in the fintech and payments industry.
- Source and onboard eligible merchants and business partners.
- Negotiate competitive transaction pricing,



commercial terms, and revenue-sharing agreements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for API integration, testing, and partner onboarding.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential partners and merchants.
- Drive transaction volume, recurring business, and revenue growth.
- Maintain partner relationships and resolve commercial or operational issues.
- Ensure partnerships follow applicable regulatory, KYC, AML, and risk-management requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in payment gateways, fintech, banking partnerships, or payment processing.
- Solid existing professional network within the payments industry.
- Proven ability to establish partnerships and convert business opportunities into active operations.
- Experience negotiating commercial agreements and transaction pricing.
- Understanding of payment gateway operations, merchant onboarding, settlements, and API
