We have built a growing customer base through performance marketing, e-commerce, and customer retention.
We are now entering our next phase of growth: transforming Meadbery from a performance-marketing-driven business into a nationally recognized consumer wellness brand.
We are looking for an experienced Head of Brand & Marketing who can lead this transformation.
This is a leadership position for someone who understands brand building, consumer psychology, digital content, public relations, and organic customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate should have experience building or scaling a consumer brand and be capable of independently developing and executing a comprehensive brand-growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Develop and execute Meadbery's long-term brand strategy.
• Establish consistent brand positioning, identity, messaging, and communication guidelines.




• Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities to differentiate Meadbery.
• Improve brand perception, customer trust, and consumer awareness.
• Build a recognizable brand identity across digital and offline customer touchpoints.

2. Social Media & Content Marketing
• Own the content strategy for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars covering educational content, product storytelling, expert-led videos, and consumer engagement.
• Lead creative ideation, script development, video production, and publishing.
• Coordinate with in-house graphic designers, motion graphic designers, video editors, and external creators.
• Maintain high creative standards consistent with leading consumer brands.

3. Public Relations & Brand Awareness
• Develop and execute PR strategies to increase brand visibility.
