Role Description: Twirl Around World is looking for an experienced, analytical, and multidimensional Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing operations, drive e-commerce sales, and build scalable growth strategies for our D2C fashion business.
We’re looking for someone who can go beyond running ads - someone who understands the relationship between fashion trends, customer behaviour,



product demand, advertising performance, and business profitability.
What You’ll Do
1. Performance Marketing & Paid Advertising
• Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Drive website traffic, customer acquisition, conversions, and e-commerce sales.
• Develop campaign strategies around product categories, seasonal trends, customer segments, and purchase intent.
• Continuously monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and overall campaign profitability.

2. Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning
• Build and execute an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop campaign calendars, promotional plans, retargeting strategies, and customer acquisition initiatives.
