Job Summary:
As a Data Insights & Audiences Senior Manager, you will be responsible to Lead enterprise transformation across customer data, insights, audiences, analytics, personalization, and responsible AI to deliver measurable business growth.
You will advise executive stakeholders on Customer 360 strategy, audience activation, measurement frameworks, operating model modernization, marketing technology investments, and responsible AI adoption. The role combines business consulting, transformation leadership, delivery oversight, commercial acumen, and practice development.




You will work with marketing, analytics, data, technology, privacy, product, and agency teams to design and operationalize data-driven customer engagement capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments of clients’ current data management, Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities.
• Provide recommendations on optimizing the current stack and develop use cases to improve utilization.

• Strategize and build clients’ digital marketing data management and analytics programs for segmentation, Agentic AI-enabled personalization, and activation across digital channels.

• Identify data sources and design data cleaning, transformation, and integration approaches for CDP.

• Evaluate and recommend recent ways of data management through CDP, including the integration of Agentic AI capabilities into the broader marketing technology landscape.
